A few weeks ago Hamilton Bonaduz AG participated at the “36th European Brewery Convention“ (EBC) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The main focus was on lectures about different topics, such as process analyses, ingredients, technologies and health. “It was a versatile event with over 470 participants. The congress presents the optimal platform for us to intensify existing contacts and to establish new ones. The next European Brewery Convention will take place in Belgium in 2019 and we will surely participate again”, explains Dr. Knut Georgy, Senior Market Segment Manager Process Analytics at Hamilton. Hamilton has built up a brand with the sensor solution Sensor VisiTrace DO as well as with the portable optical dissolved oxygen measuring device ‘Beverly’ and the brewing industry would be indispensable without them. VisiTrace DO is designed for measurement of oxygen concentrations in low ppb ranges during the brewery process, whereby brewers get precise measurements quickly. The portable measuring device enables simple and fast quality control at different points during the brewery process.
