BioProduction Congress in Dublin – the ideal platform for Hamilton

Company sets the focus on industry-specific sensor solutions

Once again, the BioProduction Congress in Dublin is an attractive exhibition platform for the Hamilton Bonaduz AG regarding their broad product portfolio for biotechnological processes. The Swiss company addresses trade show visitors from the biotechnology sector on the 17th and 18th October with its tailor-made sensor solutions. Both sensors for measuring cell density, Dencytee and Incyte, will be presented. While Dencytee allows for real-time measurement of the total cell density, Incyte measures the viable cell density. Due to the on-line measurement, process deviations are detected immediately and therefore corrective measures initiated in a timely manner. The Arc sensors, which will be shown as well, allow for wireless transmission of the measurement results to a mobile device via the new ArcAir App. Information regarding calibration, service life, errors and warnings are transferred as well and can thus be analyzed easily. The EasyFerm Plus and Bio sensor families are reliable pH measurement tools for all cell culture and fermentation processes. They convince with low maintenance costs and enable trouble-free operation without interruptions. The Hamilton offering encompasses also the optical sensor for measuring dissolved oxygen in fermentation broths. VisiFerm DO is also available with the innovative Arc technology and is characterized by its autoclavability and CIP/SIP compatibility. “The need for adequate sensor solutions increases continuously. We are happy to present our broad range of Hamilton sensors in Dublin to our customers and interested parties”, states Dr. Knut Georgy, Senior Market Segment Manager Process Analytics at Hamilton.
